Look like Singapore is going to be planting vegetables and producing the meat by themselves. A meeting was held in the Singapore Expo to explain where they are going to do it which is right below where the star is at(Sorry for the image for being small)
There is space in that particular area so they are planning to plant and produce food there. How you ask, wait for the next update soon.
