Planting with modifications

Singapore have already develop a plan to start our own food and vegetables, using modified seeds, the ability to have fresh food in no time is nothing but a breeze as that can modify anything they want the seed to be. This mean that the seed might be able to adept to Singapore unexpected weather. But there are problems to this plan like what does the food taste like, people also complain that it is nothing but an artificial flavor as the seed or food has been modified. By the way, the area would be split into two parts, planting and production of meat. But the president stated that this is not the only area that is going to be use, other grounds that are free might be use up also. The only thing that I am worried about is how is this plan going to be successful?
